Every exchange goes through the same six checks, so the comparison stays fair and consistent.
Fee Analysis
We record maker and taker fees for spot and futures at the default (non-VIP) tier. The table grades spot only; futures rates and token discounts (BNB, KCS, MX) are covered in each review, not the base rating.
Liquidity & Volume
24-hour trading volume comes from CoinGecko and is cross-checked against each exchange's own reports. We also read order-book depth on the major pairs (BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT) to gauge real liquidity, not just headline volume.
Security & Track Record
We review each platform's history of hacks and fund losses, proof-of-reserves disclosures, regulatory licenses and two-factor authentication options.
Product Range
We note the number of listed markets, the blockchains supported for deposits and withdrawals, and the product range: futures, margin, earn, copy trading, trading bots (grid, DCA, AI) and newer categories like tokenized stocks and TradFi.
User Experience
We test account registration, KYC speed, mobile apps and customer support responsiveness. Friction points are called out in each exchange review.
Ongoing Monitoring
Exchanges are re-checked every month. If fees change, a product is delisted or a security event occurs, we update the page and its "Last updated" date.
